Matthew Robertson is the co-founder of Yo Momma’s Cantina. A classically trained chef, Matt has been cooking and creating food for over 20 years. He has been perfecting the Yo Momma’s style and brand for years as its steward. Looking to this expansion, Matt is supported by members of his former cooking staff from Breckenridge, Colorado as well as bringing on many new, experienced faces to the Yo Momma's team.

Steve and Marisol Escalante are the co-owners for the new, front range Yo Momma’s Cantina. From the beginning of their 23+ year relationship, to how they travel, and how they entertain, food is a big part of their lives. Their past experiences coupled with their love of Colorado, led them to join with Matt and relaunch Yo Momma's Cantina.

Both successful professionals, Marisol an attorney and Steve a video game entrepreneur, their knowledge, love and passion for family and food will be present at Yo Momma's Cantina.
